{"data":{"id":"us-va/9vac25-31-960","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"9VAC25-31-960","heading":"Definitions","body":"In addition to the definitions given in Part I (9VAC25-31-10 et seq.) of this chapter, the following definitions apply to this part.\n\n\"NPDES data group\" means the group of related data elements identified in Table 1 in Appendix A to 40 CFR Part 127 as adopted by reference in 9VAC25-31-1030. These NPDES data groups have similar regulatory reporting requirements and have similar data sources.\n\n\"Minimum set of NPDES data\" means the data and information listed in Appendix A to 40 CFR Part 127 as adopted by reference in 9VAC25-31-1030.\n\n\"Program reports\" means the information reported by VPDES-regulated entities and listed in Table 1 of Appendix A to 40 CFR Part 127 as adopted by reference in 9VAC25-31-1030, except NPDES Data Groups 1, 2, and 3.\n\n\"VPDES-regulated entity\" means any entity regulated by the VPDES Program in accordance with this chapter or 9VAC25-875.","path":["Title 9.
