Also included in this part are pathogen and alternative vector attraction reduction requirements for biosolids applied to the land.\n\nB. The standards in this part also include the frequency of monitoring and recordkeeping requirements when biosolids is applied to the land.\n\nC. Applicability.\n\n1. This part applies to any person who prepares biosolids or applies biosolids to the land.\n\n2. This part applies to biosolids applied to the land.\n\n3.
