A permit or special exception may be modified in whole or in part, or revoked;\n\n2. Permit or special exception modifications shall not be used to extend the term of a permit or special exception; and\n\n3. Modification or revocation may be initiated by the department, at the request of the permittee, or other person at the department's discretion under applicable laws or the provisions of this chapter.","path":["Title 9.
