{"data":{"id":"us-va/9vac25-650-20","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"9VAC25-650-20","heading":"Purpose","body":"The purpose of this regulation is to require owners or operators of certain privately owned sewerage systems that treat sewage from private residences to file with the department a plan to abate, control, remove, or contain any substantial or imminent threat to public health or the environment that is reasonably likely to occur if the facility ceases operations. For the purposes of this regulation, such a plan shall be termed a closure plan. Such plan shall also include the demonstration of financial assurance required in 9VAC25-650-30 to implement the plan.","path":["Title 9. Environment","Agency 25.
