{"data":{"id":"us-va/9vac25-740-20","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"9VAC25-740-20","heading":"Purpose","body":"In accordance with §§ 62.1-44.2, 62.1-44.3 and 62.1-44.15 of the Code of Virginia, it is the purpose of this  chapter to promote and encourage the reclamation of wastewater, here after referred to as water reclamation, and water reuse in a manner that is protective of the environment and public health, and as an alternative to discharging treated effluent to state waters. For this purpose, the  chapter establishes permitting requirements, general requirements for design, operation and maintenance; quality standards, monitoring requirements, and approved reuses for reclaimed water.","path":["Title 9.
