Approvals shall be obtained from the appropriate jurisdictions for placement of sewers within these boundaries.\n\nWhere it is impossible to avoid placing sewers (and manholes/cleanouts) on private property, the owner shall have recorded easements or have filed certificates of condemnation from all parties possessing or having legal interest in an adequate right-of-way necessary for proper installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of sewerage facilities. These easements shall include provisions for controlling the location of fences, buildings, or other structures within the easement and shall be shown on the plans.","path":["Title 9.
