All applications received after the effective date of this chapter will be processed in accordance with these procedures.\n\n2. Permits issued by the Soil and Water Conservation Board allowing the discharge of stormwater into surface waters from municipal separate storm sewer systems or land-disturbing activities that have not expired or been revoked or terminated before or on the program transfer date to the department shall continue to remain in effect until their specified expiration dates.","path":["Title 9.
