{"data":{"id":"us-va/9vac5-160-120","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"9VAC5-160-120","heading":"Federal agency conformity responsibility","body":"Any  department, agency, or instrumentality of the federal government taking an action subject to this regulation shall make its own conformity determination consistent with the requirements of this part. In making its conformity determination, a federal agency shall follow the requirements in 9VAC5-160-130 through 9VAC5-160-180 and 9VAC5-160-182 through 9VAC5-160-185 and shall consider comments from any interested parties. Where multiple federal agencies have jurisdiction for various aspects of a project, a federal agency may choose to adopt the analysis of another federal agency  or develop its own analysis in order to make its conformity determination.","path":["Title 9.
