Compensation of the neutral  and any other associated common costs, such as rental fees, shall be the responsibility of the parties. Compensation of each party's counsel and other individual costs shall be the responsibility of that party alone, unless the parties agree otherwise.\n\nB. An agreement regarding compensation and other associated costs shall be reached between the neutral  and the parties before the dispute resolution procedure commences and shall be memorialized in writing.\n\nC.
