The terms of this chapter are transferable to a new owner upon sale of the facility.\n\nB. In the case of a transfer of ownership of the facility, the new owner shall comply with this chapter.  The new owner shall notify the department of the change in ownership within 30 days of the transfer.\n\nC. In the case of a name change of the facility, the owner shall comply with this chapter.
