For the purpose of applying this article in the context of the Regulations for the Control and Abatement of Air Pollution and related uses, words or terms shall have the meanings given them in subsection C of this section.\n\nB. As used in this article, all terms not defined in this section shall have the meanings given them in General Definitions (9VAC5-10), unless otherwise required by context.\n\nC. Terms shall have the meanings given them in 40 CFR 60.5430c, except for the following:\n\n\"Administrator\" means the board, except when context otherwise clearly indicates that the \"administrator\" is the Administrator of the EPA.","path":["Title 9.
