The permittee shall provide written notification to the regional director, including a revised spreadsheet and a plant layout or flow diagram each time equipment is installed at a facility.  The notification shall be submitted at least 15 days before the equipment is installed at the facility unless otherwise approved by the regional director.\n\n2. The permittee shall provide written notification to the regional director, including a revised spreadsheet and a plant layout or flow diagram, each time an emissions unit is relocated.
