Emissions repair facilities performing emissions related repairs for the public shall post a sign approved or provided by the department designating the location as a certified vehicle emissions repair facility in a conspicuous location on the premises, in view of the public and approved by the department.\n\nB. Emissions  repair facility certificates shall be posted in a frame, in a conspicuous place on the permitted premises, within view of the public and approved by the department.\n\nC.  Emissions repair facilities performing emissions related repairs for the public shall post all signs in a manner consistent with local sign ordinances or codes.","path":["Title 9.
