The provisions of this chapter apply to any system used for measuring or determining exhaust gases and evaporative emissions from motor vehicles in the Virginia Motor Vehicle Emissions Control Program.\n\nB. No owner or other person shall conduct emissions inspections required by the Virginia Vehicle Emissions Control Program pursuant to this chapter unless the analyzer system used to perform such inspections is certified by the department and such other required equipment meets the provision of this chapter.","path":["Title 9.
