Code § 15.2-7203","heading":"BVU Authority; operating name or names","body":"The name of the Authority shall be BVU Authority.The BVU Authority is hereby authorized to operate under the names BVU, BVU OptiNet, CPC OptiNet, and BVU Focus. The name of the Authority and any division or operating name may be changed upon approval of a simple majority of the Board. The Board may adopt additional operating names in the future.
