The waterworks can no longer be depended upon to furnish pure water;2. The capacity of the waterworks is inadequate for the purpose of furnishing pure water;3. The owner has failed to abide by an order issued by the Commissioner;4. The owner has abandoned the waterworks and discontinued supplying pure water; or5. The owner has failed to pay the waterworks operation fee required by § 32.1-171.1.Code 1950, §§ 62.1-53, 62.1-55; 1964, c. 475; 1968, c. 659; 1977, c. 7; 1979, c. 711; 1992, c. 804.","path":["Title 32.1.
