Code § 38.2-4407","heading":"Board of directors of plan created by attorneys","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 13.1-675, 13.1-677 and 13.1-855 to the contrary, any legal services organization operating a plan created by a group of attorneys shall have a board of directors consisting of no more than fifteen members of whom a majority may be providers of legal services.
