Code § 38.2-4931","heading":"Cease and desist orders; injunctions","body":"Whenever it appears to the Commission that any person has engaged in, or is about to engage in, any act or practice constituting a violation of this chapter or any rule, regulation, or order issued under this chapter, the Commission may:1. Issue an order directed at any such person requiring him to cease and desist from engaging in such act or practice; and2.
