Code § 42.1-3","heading":"Terms of office of members of Board; vacancies","body":"Members serving on the Board on June 30, 1986, shall continue in their respective terms, and the Governor shall appoint the following additional members: one member for a one-year term, one member for a three-year term, two members for four-year terms, and two members for five-year terms.
