Code § 46.2-803","heading":"Keep to the right in crossing intersections or railroads","body":"Except as otherwise provided by law, when crossing an intersection of highways or the intersection of a highway by a railroad right-of-way, the driver of a vehicle shall drive on the right half of the roadway unless it is obstructed or impassable.
