Code § 47.1-17","heading":"Change of name","body":"Any notary duly registered and commissioned in this Commonwealth, who shall legally change his name during his term of office as a notary shall, after such change of name, when performing any notarial act, have written or printed in or annexed to each certificate the words: \"I was commissioned notary as........,\" or the equivalent.
