{"data":{"id":"us-vt/10-v.s.a.-4716","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"10 V.S.A. § 4716","heading":"Coyote-hunting competitions; prohibition","body":"(a) As used in this section, “coyote-hunting competition” means a contest in which people compete in the capturing or taking of coyotes for a prize.\n(b) A person shall not hold or conduct a coyote-hunting competition in the State.\n(c) A person shall not participate in a coyote-hunting competition in the State.\n(d) A person who violates this section shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 nor less than $400.00 for a first offense.
