{"data":{"id":"us-vt/10-v.s.a.-663","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"10 V.S.A. § 663","heading":"Administration","body":"(a) The Department of Economic Development, through the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing, shall administer the travel promotion matching funds program with such flexibility so as to bring about the most effective and economical travel promotion program possible. The Department shall adopt rules and procedures necessary and appropriate to the proper operation of the matching funds program.
