{"data":{"id":"us-vt/11-v.s.a.-996","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"11 V.S.A. § 996","heading":"Amendment of articles; statement of change","body":"(a) The articles of incorporation may be altered or amended except as otherwise provided in this subchapter at any regular meeting or any special meeting called for that purpose. An amendment must first be approved by two-thirds of the directors and adopted by a vote of two-thirds of the members or delegates present and voting at such meeting.
