{"data":{"id":"us-vt/13-v.s.a.-7043a","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"13 V.S.A. § 7043a","heading":"Licenses or governmental contracts","body":"(a) As used in this section, “license” means any license, certification, or registration issued by an agency to conduct a trade or business, including a license to practice a profession or occupation, or a license required to engage in recreational activities, including a license to hunt, fish, or trap.\n(b) Every applicant for a license shall sign a statement that the applicant is in good standing with respect to any restitution order.
