Nothing in this section shall prohibit a principal from using this form to grant other powers to an agent with respect to real property consistent with section 4034 of this title.\nVERMONT STATUTORY FORM POWER OF ATTORNEY IMPORTANT INFORMATION\nThis power of attorney authorizes another person (your agent) to take actions for you (the principal) in connection with a real estate transaction (sale, purchase, mortgage, gift, or other authorized real estate transaction).
