{"data":{"id":"us-vt/16-v.s.a.-1938a","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"16 V.S.A. § 1938a","heading":"Benefit denial; evidentiary hearing","body":"(a) An applicant for disability retirement benefits under section 1938 of this title may file a request for an evidentiary hearing with the Board of Trustees if the application for benefits is denied.\n(b) The hearing shall be conducted by a hearing officer designated by the Board and in conformance with rules adopted by the Board.
