{"data":{"id":"us-vt/16-v.s.a.-259","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"16 V.S.A. § 259","heading":"Penalties; remedy","body":"(a) A person who, without authorization, discloses criminal record check information received under this subchapter shall be fined not more than $2,000.00.
