{"data":{"id":"us-vt/16-v.s.a.-4027","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"16 V.S.A. § 4027","heading":"Education Fund transfer amounts","body":"(a) [Repealed.]\n(b) Annually, on or before June 1, each superintendent shall report to the Agency, on a form prescribed by the Secretary, each education budget that was adopted by May 1 for the following fiscal year by the member districts of the supervisory union and for which no petition for reconsideration has been filed.
