{"data":{"id":"us-vt/17-v.s.a.-2967","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"17 V.S.A. § 2967","heading":"Additional campaign reports; candidates for State office and the General Assembly","body":"(a) In addition to any other reports required to be filed under this chapter, a candidate for State office or for the General Assembly who accepts a monetary contribution in an amount over $2,000.00 within 10 days of a primary or general election shall report the contribution to the Secretary of State within 24 hours of receiving the contribution.\n(b) A report required by this section shall include the following information:\n(1) the full name, town of residence, and mailing address of the contributor; the date of the contribution; and the amount contributed; and\n(2) the amount contributed or loaned by the candidate to his or her own campaign.","path":["Title 17: Elections","Chapter 061: Campaign Finance","Subchapter 004: REPORTING REQUIREMENTS; DISCLOSURES."],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/17/061/02967","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:01Z","sha256":"f17b638dbee6d571fc118a7156381bc195a2b373bfbdf8fd909e091f1f3ee7ef","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/17-v.s.a.-2966","next":"us-vt/17-v.s.a.-2968"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
