{"data":{"id":"us-vt/18-v.s.a.-123","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"18 V.S.A. § 123","heading":"Revocation of permits","body":"(a) The Commissioner may, after notice and opportunity for hearing, revoke, modify, or suspend any permit issued pursuant to the Commissioner’s authority under this title if the Commissioner finds that:\n(1) the permit holder submitted materially false or inaccurate information;\n(2) the permit holder has violated any material requirement, restriction, or condition of any permit, rule, statute, or order; or\n(3) there is a change in any condition that requires either a temporary or permanent restriction, limitation, or elimination of the permitted use.\n(b) Revocation shall be effective upon actual notice thereof to the permit holder or permit holder’s designated agent.","path":["Title 18: Health","Chapter 003: Department of Health; Commissioner of Health"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/18/003/00123","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:01Z","sha256":"6ebb3aa810092e6bc70ef3b5eb40b3fc68438f3c238e2d8e48ba92e02eb7b40e","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/18-v.s.a.-122","next":"us-vt/18-v.s.a.-124"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
