{"data":{"id":"us-vt/18-v.s.a.-1766","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"18 V.S.A. § 1766","heading":"Enforcement; administrative penalties","body":"(a) A person who violates this chapter may be subject to an administrative penalty not to exceed $5,000.00 for each determination of a separate violation.
