Eisenhower National System of Interstate and Defense Highways within the State;\n(2) within 25 driving miles of another level 3 EVSE charging port available to the public along a State highway, as defined in subdivision 1(20) of this title; and\n(3) co-located with or within a safe and both walkable and rollable distance of publicly accessible amenities such as restrooms, restaurants, and convenience stores to provide a safe, consistent, and convenient experience for the traveling public along the State highway system.","path":["Title 19: Highways","Chapter 029: Vehicle Incentive Programs; Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/19/029/02906","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:03Z","sha256":"d650f044cd4111cf15efee83a594e351a42a997e61f4fb7c437414a64d643155","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/19-v.s.a.-2905","next":"us-vt/19-v.s.a.-2907"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
