{"data":{"id":"us-vt/20-v.s.a.-1817","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"20 V.S.A. § 1817","heading":"Reports of law enforcement officer; accidents involving alcohol","body":"Any law enforcement officer who, upon investigation of a motor vehicle accident or other incident involving the use of alcohol, shall inquire whether the person involved in the accident or incident was served or furnished alcoholic beverages at a licensed establishment and, if the officer determines that a person was served or furnished alcoholic beverages at a licensed establishment, the officer shall so inform the appropriate licensee or licensees in writing.
