The Plan shall:\n(1) detail response systems during all-hazards events, including communications; coordination among State, local, private, and volunteer entities; and the deployment of State and federal resources;\n(2) detail the State’s emergency preparedness measures and goals, including those for the prevention of, protection against, mitigation of, and recovery from all-hazards events; and\n(3) include templates and guidance for regional emergency management and for local emergency plans that support municipalities in their respective emergency management planning.","path":["Title 20: Internal Security and Public Safety","Chapter 001: Emergency Management"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/20/001/00041","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:03Z","sha256":"2aacf46337afcbed1cab7770e042cb40ee714c932821c332c603b5902f18a16d","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/20-v.s.a.-40","next":"us-vt/20-v.s.a.-42-44"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
