{"data":{"id":"us-vt/21-v.s.a.-436","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"21 V.S.A. § 436","heading":"Employment of children under 14 years of age","body":"A child under 14 years of age shall not be employed or permitted to work in any gainful occupation unless the occupation has been approved by the Commissioner, by rule, to be appropriate for a child under 14 years of age, and the employment occurs during vacation and before and after school.
