{"data":{"id":"us-vt/23-v.s.a.-367a","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"23 V.S.A. § 367a","heading":"Special purpose truck plates; penalties","body":"The misuse of a vehicle registered under the provisions of a special purpose truck plate under the provisions of section 367 of this title shall be a traffic violation as defined in section 2302 of this title and shall be punishable by a civil penalty of $100.00 for a first offense and by a civil penalty of $200.00 for a second offense occurring within 12 months.
