{"data":{"id":"us-vt/23-v.s.a.-723","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"23 V.S.A. § 723","heading":"Supervision","body":"(a) The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles may by rule prescribe requirements and standards for driver retraining, operation of a driver retraining program, and qualifications and conduct of the instructors.\n(b) Upon application of a person as defined by section 701 of this title, the Commissioner may authorize the establishment and operation of a driver retraining program.\n(c) The Commissioner may at any time cancel or revoke a person’s authorization to establish and operate a driver retraining program when he or she is satisfied that the person has failed to comply with the rules of the Commissioner made under subsection (a) of this section.","path":["Title 23: Motor Vehicles","Chapter 009: Operator's Licenses","Subchapter 005: DRIVER RETRAINING PROGRAM"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/23/009/00723","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:04Z","sha256":"d74955d85c1eff297cc52e226793efbeb92e5b3a36bd757f93aea9e068eb4960","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/23-v.s.a.-722","next":"us-vt/23-v.s.a.-723a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
