App. ch. 123, § 106","heading":"Ordinances: penalties for breach thereof","body":"(a) A Town ordinance may provide:\n(1) for a fine in an amount no greater than $1,000.00; and\n(2) that each week a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.\n(b) A violation of a Town ordinance shall be classified as misdemeanor or a rule violation in the same manner as it would be classified by statute now or hereafter enacted and prosecuted accordingly.
