App. ch. 123, § 702","heading":"Manager nonpartisan","body":"(a) The Manager shall be chosen solely on the basis of his or her executive, administrative, and professional qualifications.\n(b) The Manager shall not take part in the organization or direction of a political party, serve as member of a party committee, nor be a candidate for election to any public office.\n(c) The Manager shall be a resident of the Town of Hardwick once appointed in office.
