App. ch. 247, § 604","heading":"Clerk","body":"The Clerk shall keep an official record of the proceedings of the Board of Trustees. Such records shall be kept in the office of the Village Clerk and shall be open for public inspection. The Clerk shall keep official record of the proceedings of all special and annual village meetings.\nThe minutes of each meeting shall be approved by the Board at its next meeting and the official copy authenticated by the signature of the Clerk.
