App. ch. 285, § 22","heading":"Ordinances and bylaws; inconsistencies","body":"All regulations enacted and adopted by the inhabitants of the Village for the government thereof shall be known as “bylaws.” All regulations passed and published by the trustees of the Village for the government thereof shall be deemed to be and shall be known as “ordinances.” In the case of any inconsistency between the bylaws and the ordinances of the Village, the bylaws shall be deemed superior and shall control as to such inconsistency.
