App. ch. 289, § 5","heading":"Board of Trustees","body":"(a) The Board of Trustees shall have the general care and management of the prudential interests and affairs of the corporation; shall draw orders upon the Treasurer for, and direct the expenditure of all monies belonging to, the corporation; and generally perform all duties legally enjoined upon it by the corporation.
