App. ch. 409, § 501","heading":"Special District meetings","body":"The Board may on its own motion call special meetings of the District and shall call a special meeting of the District when action by the voters of the District is required. The Board shall call a special meeting of the District if petitioned to do so by not less than five percent of the voters of the District. The Board may rescind the call of the special meeting called on its own motion.
