App. ch. 411, § 205","heading":"Organizational meeting","body":"(a) Annually, the Board of Supervisors shall have its organizational meeting on the second Tuesday of April.\n(b) At each organizational meeting, the Board shall elect from among its members a Chair, a Vice Chair, a Treasurer, and a Clerk, each of whom shall hold office for one year and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified.
