App. ch. 414, § 204","heading":"Organizational meeting","body":"Annually, on the second Monday in April, the Board of Supervisors shall hold its organizational meeting. At the meeting, the Board shall elect from among its membership a Chair and Vice Chair, each of whom shall hold office for one year and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified.
