App. ch. 5, § 1307","heading":"Record of special assessments","body":"When the City Council shall make assessments, the City Clerk shall immediately make out a statement of all such assessments, giving the name of the owner and describing the land or other property assessed, and shall cause the same to be properly recorded and indexed in the City Clerk’s office.
