App. ch. 5, § 304","heading":"Election of President, Vice President, and Parliamentarian","body":"(a) Following the annual meeting, the City Council shall elect from its members a President, Vice President, and Parliamentarian.\n(b) The President shall assume all the duties of the Mayor in the event of a vacancy in that office. The Vice President shall assume powers and duties of the Mayor in the event of a vacancy in the offices of Mayor and President.
