App. ch. 801, § 2","heading":"Area of operation","body":"(a) The area of operation shall be the urbanized area of Chittenden County as established by the U.S. Census Bureau. The Green Mountain Transit Authority may operate service outside the urbanized area of Chittenden County with approval from the Agency of Transportation.
