{"data":{"id":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-1183","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"26 V.S.A. § 1183","heading":"License renewal","body":"(a) Licenses shall be renewed every two years without examination and on payment of the required fees. However, by rule, the Board may establish a continuing education requirement. If the Board establishes a continuing education requirement and a licensee fails to demonstrate compliance with that requirement, it may deny or condition renewal, after opportunity for hearing.\n(b) Following expiration of a license, it may be reinstated upon payment of a renewal fee and a late renewal penalty.
